Glen Roth, P.E. – Principal
Mr. Roth has been an Associate with DSWA for the past two years and has been with the firm since 1999. In his new role as Principal, Mr. Roth will continue as Client Sector Leader for the firm’s wastewater client division as well as oversee the marketing and business development functions of the firm. He has over 24 years of experience of business development, design, and project management experience for water and wastewater treatment facilities for public and private clients. Mr. Roth holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degrees in Civil Engineering as well as a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Arizona State University. He is an active member in the Water Environment Federation, the Arizona Water and Pollution Control Association and is a Past President of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Arizona Central Chapter.

Dusan Stanisic, P.E. – Principal
Mr. Stanisic has been an Associate with DSWA for over three years and has been with the firm since 1998. In his new role as Principal, Mr. Stanisic will continue as the Central Engineering Manager managing many of the organization’s internal functions and will also maintain an active role in many of the firm’s projects. He has over 12 years experience in mechanical engineering including planning, design and construction administration for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Mr. Stanisic holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the States of Arizona and California.
