Dr. Mische is located in Sacramento, California and has accumulated years of industry experience throughout the state of California. He brings 35+ years of experience providing direction and leadership for planning through construction of local and regional water and wastewater facilities. As a registered engineer in Arizona, California and Nevada, he has expertise in evaluating water supply and water quality problems and recommending effective engineering solutions. He has engineered and designed water and wastewater treatment, conveyance, and storage facilities. In the course of his career, Dr. Mische has developed more than 50 master plans, environmental impact reports, financial plans and revenue programs. He is also experienced in successfully guiding municipal and industrial clientele through the environmental regulatory compliance and permitting process.
