Congratulations to Andre who has been names an associate in our Oakland, California office!
Andre is a Process Engineer with extensive experience in wastewater treatment. His design experience encompasses every major process within a wastewater treatment plant. His area of expertise resides in secondary process modeling, analysis and design, recycled water facilities, outfall modeling and treatment plant hydraulic analysis.
In his new appointment, Andre joins the management team at DSWA and will lead the initiatives in our Oakland office.He will manage the daily operations of the technical and administrative staff and ensure delivery of the firm's commitment to quality for all of our clients.
